9100-339 REPAIRS PERFORMED
- Full Service on engine (fuel, oil, air & hydraulic)
- Full service on mud pump
- Complete rebuild of fluid end (NEW valves and packing)
- Replace all wrench wear parts
- Replace bushings and pins
- Replace all hose sleeves on wrench and stake down hoses
- Inspect all carriage rollers
- Replace carriage seals
- Replace sub saver
- Inspect all thrust circuit bearings
- Install new thrust chains
- Install new bearings in thrust idlers
- Inspect all track bearings idlers
- Replace bearings in front track idlers
- Install new track wear pads
- Install new tracks
- Replace damaged sections in hose carrier
- Replace two hoses in hose carrier and install protective sleeve
- Replace rear throttle cable
- Set idle at engine
- Replace door latches
- Install sound abatement material on door
- Replace breakers and toggle covers
- Field test and make final adjustments
