9100-368 REPAIRS PERFORMED
- Full service (fuel, oil, air & hydraulic)
- Service mud pump power end
- Complete rebuild of fluid end (valves, cups, liners, and seal kit)
- Service all gear boxes (thrust and tracks)
- Remove all cowling; clean radiator and oil cooler
- Service rotation gear box and inspect bearings
- Replace carriage wear pads
- Replace rod loader wear pads
- Replace rod loader wire tracks
- Replace one proximity switch
- Rebuild water swivel
- Replace front wrench
- Replace rear break out wrench collar
- Replace upper wrench cylinder valve
- Replace both rod guide bearings
- Repair gore track links
- Replace one hydraulic line in the gore track
- Replace seat
- Replace three gauges
- Repair hydraulic leak in dash
- Replace drive chuck
- Installed (2) NEW tracks
- Field test
