9100-380 REPAIRS PERFORMED
- Complete service (fuel, oil, air & hydraulic)
- Full service and inspection of mud pump
- Complete rebuild of fluid end (valves and packing)
- Service track drive gear boxes and replace seals
- Remove engines panels and clean radiator and oil cooler
- Replace motor mounts
- Replace rear throttle control
- Replace water, rotation and thrust gauge
- Replace engine temperature gauge
- Replace hydraulic enable switch and repair wiring
- Complete rebuild of wrench frame, replace all wear parts
- Replace rod guide rollers, bolts and bushings
- Remove thrust cylinder, inspect all thrust bearings and install new seals
- Replace bearings and seals in the front pair of thrust rollers.
- Replace thrust chains
- Replace carriage seals
- Replace all rod loader wear parts
- Rebuild water swivel
- Rebuild water shut off valve
- Replace seals in rear control valve (tram)
- Replace door latches
- Replace battery shut off switch
- Install NEW rubber tracks and inspect all rollers and bearings.
